Why we exist
Odoo is a genuinely capable ERP, and it fails in predictable ways. Scope gets written as a feature list instead of a process. Customization is used where configuration would have done the job. Tax and compliance are treated as the last sprint instead of the first design decision. By the time anyone raises a hand, the budget is gone and half the business is still running on spreadsheets.
We built Core Trust around the opposite sequence: understand the process, configure standard Odoo, prove compliance early, and only write code where there is no reasonable alternative. That is also why a large share of our work is project rescue — cleaning up implementations that skipped those steps.
We are deliberately independent rather than a reseller. There is no license quota behind our recommendations, and if Odoo is the wrong fit for what you are trying to do, we would rather say so during discovery than six months into a build.

Every stage has a written deliverable and a number attached before it starts. No open-ended retainers and no surprise change orders.
Configuration before code
Custom modules are the main reason Odoo projects become expensive to own. We exhaust standard Odoo first and document why whenever we don't.
Independent by choice
We are an independent Odoo consultancy, not a reseller. We have no license quota to hit, so the advice you get is about what your business needs.
