Discovery is always fixed-fee, and rescue audits are fixed-fee. Delivery is then priced against the scope that discovery produced, with milestone-based invoicing so you are never approving open-ended spend.
A focused rollout covering sales, inventory, and accounting is typically 6–12 weeks. Adding manufacturing, multi-warehouse, or multi-entity consolidation pushes it to 3–6 months. If you need custom Python modules, use Odoo.sh or self-hosting — Odoo Online does not allow them. The practical rule: if a requirement can be met by configuration, Studio, or an existing OCA module, do not write code for it.
