Ranges are in USD and exclude Odoo licensing and hosting. GBP and AED equivalents are quoted on the UK and UAE pages.
What moves the number
- Departments in scope. Finance alone is a different project from finance, warehouse, manufacturing, and field service.
- Custom development. Every custom module adds build cost and a permanent maintenance cost at each Odoo upgrade.
- Data quality. Clean master data shortens migration dramatically; messy legacy data is usually the longest stage of any project.
- Integrations. EDI, 3PL, payment gateways, and storefronts are each a scoped piece of work, not a checkbox.
- Entities and currencies. Multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations add design and testing effort.
